An Open Challenge To Josh Samataro

I’m not going to lie. I’m a big deal around these parts. Did you read my Securitas feature? It was down right incredible. People tell me I’m funny all the time. Hearing it bores me. You know what I’m also bored of? This no talent hack named Josh Samataro. Josh has made a career out of ripping me off. We both go to Emerson College. We both have late night talk radio shows. We both cried when The Patriots went 18-1. Now he follows me to The 1880? Enough is enough. I’m drawing the line in the sand.

Listen up Josh! I’m sick of your shenanigans and the fact that your last names has three A’s. You think you’re the new funny guy around these parts? Time to bring it. I’m issuing an open challenge to you. Try and beat me in any of the following:

-Lazer Tag
-Mini Hot Dog Eating Contest
-Go-kart race
- First Blood Match
- Home run derby
-Clue
- Evening Wear Fashion Show
- Hand Stand Contest

If Josh is man enough to face me in any of these events, The 1880 will provide full in-depth coverage. The ball is in your court Samataro.

The blood drenched action film 300 has been out for about a month now, and dozens of untalented Emerson film students are still debating the deeper meaning. The tale of 300 Greek Spartans defending their homeland against people much darker then them, has stirred quite the controversy. Some interpret it as a gruesome meaningless work surviving off fancy computer graphics and a body count that would make Tarantino sick. Others interpret it as fucking incredible. I however, have drawn my own righter conclusion. When I first saw the brave Spartans sacrificing their lives to guard Rome Greece, I could not help but think of–Emerson College Securitas.

About the Author

Kelly Marchand tells the story of his life: 18,000 years ago in the depths of space, the Sex Asteroid crashed into The Rock n’ Roll Comet. Emerging from the rubble was something so tough, so manly, it was comfortable having a girl's name: Kelly Michael Marchand. Kelly grew up in the suburban paradise of Cheshire, Connecticut. He spent his time there studying theatre, practicing Improv comedy and trying to beat that giant bat boss in Castlevania I. A video production class sparked young Marchand’s interest and led him to the gayest school in the union: Emerson College. Kelly is a Junior TV/Video Major who enjoys making people laugh. His favorite wide receiver is Wesley Welker.
